I am registered and practicing senior clinical pharmacist with over 25 years’ experience in healthcare across community pharmacy, hospital pharmacy and general practice.

Over the years I have come across patients who go in and out of hospital repeatedly because of lack of adequate care at home. My real passion is to help reduce hospital readmission through adequate care provision while giving back to my local community and its environs.

I am excited to draw on my healthcare experience and knowledge in medicines management to provide a holistic social care service to my clients. My heartfelt desire and dream for this company is to put a smile on the faces of my clients and their families by delivering excellent outcome tailored to their individual needs.
